Given a basis matrix with as many rows as degrees of freedom times the number of nodes and as many columns as representative modes have been considered using a given truncation tolerance on the SVD of a Snapshots matrix.
The RomApplication will load this basis matrix in the form of a JSON file, which should be in the following format:
