Frobenius Norm

This is only available for Matrix data type variables only. Following equation illustrates the norm, where A is the matrix and a_ij is the i^th row, j^th column value.

$$ ||A||_F = \sqrt{\sum_i {\sum_j{||a_{ij}||^2}}}$$
